Integra Reduces Affiliate Payment Options

One of the old-timers of the online pharmacy industry, Integra RX has long been known as a premium-priced but highly reliable outfit. Amongst a raft of recent personnel changes at the outfit, Integra has also recently eliminated wire transfers from their payment options, leaving only PayPal and paper check. Support staff continue to insist that PayPal’s prohibition on making MLM payments does not apply to them.

We always encourage affiliates to sign up with any program and find out for themselves, through direct first-hand experience, how the program performs. Certainly we believe that all programs featured on this site — including Integra RX — are worthwhile.

However, we also call ‘em like we see ‘em, and in our view, the Integra offering continues to deteriorate. Following some recent personnel changes that seemed to us to leave their affiliate support side in a worse state, the latest develoment is the elimination of wire transfers as a payment option. The change, which apparently occurred without any direct notice to affiliates (although revised Terms and Conditions are presented when affiliates actually log in to their accounts), leaves affiliates with only two possibilities for receiving payment: PayPal and paper checks. This may be particularly irksome for affiliates who had been waiting for their commission balances to reach the $500 minimum payout level for wire transfers: since you’re now going to be paid by PayPal or paper check anyway, you may have been able to receive payment months earlier at the vastly lower level payment thresholds in place for checks and PayPal.

Worst of all, Integra support staff continue to insist that PayPal’s prohibition on making MLM payments via PayPal (“PayPal Change Trips Up Some Affiliate Programs”) does not apply to them. Let’s see now… PayPal prohibits payments for any program which pays at more than one level of sales. Integra pays at two levels. Is someone confused?

Paper checks are starting to look pretty good again…
