Jury Still Out on New Affiliate Program at RSN

Reportedly backed by much of the same team responsible for a program that recently went defunct, the new affiliate program at RSN seems to elicit loyalty and scepticism in almost equal measures. Many who have tried it report prompt payment and great base prices, particularly on some products that few other merchants carry. Let us know what you think!

As most affiliates who have tried it have learned through hard experience, the online pharmacy industry is populated by a rapidly changing set of principal merchants. A few have been around for awhile and proven themselves reliable, while a far more have gone under. One of those to have recently disappeared was the ill-fated WebRX.

So when many of the same people who backed WebRX came back a short while later with a new program, RX Source Network, affiliates were understandably skeptical and cautious. However, RSN has been operational for a few months now, and affiliates who had been with WebRX even report that RSN boosted their commissions in order to pay off what had been owed to them by WebRX.

So, they were showing some good will, and many affiliates have been speaking very highly of them.

More recently, the folks at RX Source Network have been enhancing their affiliate back office functions, adding support for new tracking methods and other perks…but, reportedly, not always keeping up on their affiliate payments. So, the jury is still out: investing the effort to bring new capabilities on line bodes well, as do the reports of paying off back commissions from the defunct precursor program, but payment delays are making other affiliates nervous.
